During the sale period, delivery may take 3 to 5 business days longer than usual.
1. Delivery Methods and Fees
To guarantee the best service and prompt delivery to our customers, we use Cooperative Logistics for shipping. Shipping fees vary depending on the type of shipment and the delivery destination, and are automatically calculated at the time of your order.
All orders will be shipped within 10 business days. The estimated delivery date is just a guideline and is calculated from the shipping date. We are not responsible for delays due to customs procedures at the delivery destination.

Important Information Regarding Delivery
Please note the following points.
All orders require a signature upon receipt.
We do not accept forwarding of items after shipment, so please ensure that someone is available at the specified delivery address to sign for the order.
Free Shipping
We periodically run free shipping campaigns, and in such cases, we will notify you via email. Please note that free shipping campaigns are applied at the time of checkout for your order.
If you return items purchased during a free shipping campaign, since the shipping cost at the time of shipment was free, we will charge the usual return shipping fee.
Guest Checkout
If you wish to purchase items without registering, you can proceed as a guest by entering the appropriate contact and billing information.
First Order
For your safety, if you are placing an order for the first time, please register your account with accurate information to avoid delays in order processing. Also, please enter your contact information accurately so we can reach you if necessary.
Insurance
The items you purchase are insured from the time of shipping until delivery. We request a signature upon delivery, and the responsibility for the purchased items transfers to you upon signing. If you are not the recipient of the items (such as in gift orders), the person who signs will confirm receipt and assume responsibility for the items.
Taxes and Customs Duties
Prices and shipping fees are displayed while browsing our site. Taxes and customs duties are applied in accordance with the customs regulations of the destination country.
